Charlie Douglass, Senior Account Manager

Charlie manages the day to day running and development of business for the Premier IT Website Development division. He also looks after all website customers and always strives for absolute customer satisfaction. With a degree in Computer Science with Business Management, Charlie has both the technical knowledge and the business acumen to maintain the performance of the websites business whilst consulting on excellent solutions for our clients.

Tim Jackson, Technical Director

Tim has over eight years commercial experience specialising in the development of web-based applications and has lead the Premier IT software development team since 2005. Combining a first class engineering degree with a broad knowledge of many areas of IT policy and practice, Tim utilises both technical and management skills to understand and analyse software requirements at a strategic level, enabling informed decisions on IT projects.

Tim is a strong advocate of the pragmatic use of technology, understanding real-life needs and human interactions with IT and applying the best and most appropriate technical solutions. From work on both internal and external projects in a wide variety of industry sectors, he is experienced in balancing the often competing demands of time, budgets, human factors and technology.

Matt Rosenquist, Product Manager

Matt leads the development of Premier ITs core software products, analysing new requirements, planning roadmaps and supporting the team who design, build and maintain them. Qualified to degree level in Computer Science, Matt has six years commercial experience as a web developer working in detail with client and server side technologies. Current relevant web skills include HTML/XHTML, PHP, CSS, Javascript/Ajax, Flash, JAVA, SQL, XML, UML and OOP.

Ravi Jethwa, Project Manager

Ravi has five years commercial experience of working in the arena of web development. Having both development and analysis skills, Ravi enjoys the process of eliciting client requirements and establishing the way forward. With an ability to document and express client requirements with precision and clarity, Ravi ensures that the quality of our work and the customer experience is exceeded whilst ensuring projects are delivered cost effectively and on time.

Sam Adams, PHP Developer

Sam leads the development of Premier IT’s Content Management System. With three years commercial experience in the industry, Sam is an experienced OO developer. His main skills includes PHP, SQL, XML, web-service integration, Javascript/AJAX and (X)HTML. Always keen to get to the root of issues, creating a solid, stable platform from which to build client websites is Sam’s main focus, while also adding new features to Premier IT’s CMS. With a degree in psychology, Sam brings a different perspective to the team.

Wayne Crouch, Technical QA Lead

With more than three years experience gained over a large range of client projects, including areas such as content management, integration with 3rd party membership management systems, and online payments, Wayne helps to translate client requirements into robust, user-friendly systems. Wayne is also focused on maintaining and improving the quality of Premier IT’s products. Wayne has a degree in Information Systems and Technology. His skills include PHP, XHTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL and Web Services.
