We develop unique online patient feedback surveys to give individual and organisational-level feedback on remote consultations. These are designed to provide healthcare professionals with feedback on their interpersonal skills during telephone and video consultations specifically. This will include questions on the technological aspects of the consultation to highlight issues and improve performance. As a result, our tool can be deployed for a specific department or clinic or across a wider organisation and contains questions ranging from the appointment booking process to the facilities and interpersonal skills of the staff. There’s also scope for bespoke question sets, such as around Covid measures or to demonstrate specific improvements for CQC purposes.
