Very easy to use system, the support we received was fantastic both from the project manager as well as the support desk, we found Premier IT to be very accessible, they always listened and were very responsive.

The 360 tab on PReP is very useful, our doctors access this whilst preparing for their appraisals and they also find it easier to have everything in one area. I would also like to take the opportunity to say fantastic Premier IT’s customer support service is!

The experience has been that of a positive one. I think that having integration between the two systems and a link on PReP to Edgecumbe is good because it makes it much easier for the doctors to access the portal and links well.
